Punctuality: Time is a precious commodity. Late arrival for an appointment will result in an adjustment to your service or appointment time, so other guests will not be delayed.

Cancellation: As a courtesy to the staff and guests, we ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel will result in a cancellation fee.

Returned Checks: We do not accept checks.
